When you come to our studio, you’ll immediately feel it - the buzz of creative energy from artists that's as colourful and dynamic as the work we produce! But what we are truly proud of isn't just the incredible work on screen, it's the thriving culture behind it.

Here, great ideas can come from anywhere. We've worked towards a 'no-ego' environment where every artist, producer, and director is encouraged to share their voice. We make opportunities for people of all levels to realise their creative potential, whether it’s through our BZ Shorts programme, where anyone has the chance to pitch their idea for a short animation, or our annual internship programme, or even our brand new Ideas Fund, which allows even more creative freedom than ever.

This collective passion ensures every project is infused with the best from every person who works on it, from finance and marketing to rigging and animation.
